Patricia McCormack is a Holistic Health and Wellness Coach based in Northern Virginia with a background as a personal chef and small business owner. A former Kentuckian, she is a mom of four, proud grandmother, and caregiver to her mother, she brings both professional expertise and genuine life experience to her work with women navigating the demands of full, layered lives. Patricia helps her clients build sustainable habits, nourish their bodies, and reconnect with their health through practical, whole-person coaching. She also partners in running 101 Chips Artisan Bakery, a gluten-free cottage bakery, which reflects her passion for wholesome, intentional food.
Patricia holds a degree from Centre College and is certified through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition as well as Mind Body Green’s Health Coaching Program. She is currently pursuing advanced holistic nutrition certification through American Fitness Professionals and Associates. All of these programs are aligned with the standards of the National Board for Health and Wellness Coaching. Her approach is rooted in compassion, evidence-informed nutrition, and a deep commitment to helping women feel well in every season of life.
Whether she is developing gluten-free recipes, guiding a client through meaningful change, or showing up for her community, Patricia brings an energetic and nurturing spirit to everything she does. Her vision for 2026 is to help more women thrive, build a wellness community rooted in connection, and continue growing in both body and mind. She finds joy in time with family, the outdoors, and embracing new experiences because whole-person wellness is a journey she is living too.
